Professional Experience
From Sept 2014 till date
Driver, UNICEF Ghana Office, Accra Ghana.
Drive UNICEF officers, consultants, donors, and partners to the field.
Assist passengers with luggage and responds to needs of the mobility needs.
Log every movement of the vehicle in a logbook.
Monitor and ensure assigned vehicle is serviced at the at the recommended mileage for smooth operation.
Monitor and ensure renewal of the roadworthy of assigned vehicles.
Ensure both the interior and the exterior parts of assigned vehicles are clean for daily operation.
Prepare detailed and accurate report on fuel, mileage and vehicle consumption every month.
Assist my supervisor with collation of fuel balances report for the entire fleet to facilitate replenishment of tom cards.
Supports other administrative duties like asset counting and photocopying documents
Assist Officers with translation services in French and Ewe during field missions, meetings, data collections activities, including COVID-19 and and polio vaccination monitoring and social mobilization
Assists with entering of monitoring data in the ODK application during COVID-19 and Polio vaccination monitoring
Assists with processing documents for expatriates at Ghana Immigrations Office (GIS) Head Office in Accra, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Reginal Integration etc.
Chauffer the Country Representative and other senior management members as and when required.
Undergoing a six (6) months internal learning program with Social Behaviour Change unit (April-September).

Acted as a French translator for the training department and JICA Ghana Office which was the Headquarters for West African Countries.

Operated and maintained assigned vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Performed daily pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicle.
