Central Office Performing Arts Coordinator/Administrator
Planned, managed, and provided leadership for operations within three theaters comprised of 785,000 square feet and 47 acres of the performing arts center. Directed all visual and performing arts programs for 50,000 student population for 84 schools utilizing the performing arts center. Reviewed and confirmed dates with clients, schools, and other organizations for rental events. Composed Contract Action forms including contact information and extended pricing for events.
Assembled and sent rental contracts to Central Office to receive approval and arranged proper information on the website. Prepared and oversaw addendums, grants, scholarships, yearly budgets, rental contracts, amending original documents, and marketing prices. Created staff schedules for house managers, maintenance and technical staff.

Selected by Superintendent to assist professional staff in opening 300K sq. ft. high school consisting of 2K students. Provided general and specific program management assistance in support of an effective and productive learning environment for students and staff. Directed and supervised 155 teachers, paraprofessionals, counselors, staff, and technical career and fine arts administrators, monitoring and evaluating individual performance.
Actively involved in Student Government Association, Parents, Teachers, Students Association (PTSA), National Honor Society, Student and Teacher Recognition Programs, CVAE, Fine Arts, Character Education, and High Schools That Work (HSTW). Managed grants and empowered department chairs and teachers.
