Job Responsibility: KFH-Head Quarter is located on one of the very congested streets any maintenance work would affect the traffic movement in a very annoying way for commuters and it might also have far-reaching consequences while retrofitting the chiller for 113 meters building in such a street needs a tower crane to carry the chiller above the high-rise building. The second risk in this project is that retrofitting the chiller could have affected the work efficiency of the employees in case the cooling system stopped or failed. The magical solution was completely about integration that took only 3 days including 2 weekend days of the 3-4 months project.

• Facility Management Project Engineer.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead the operation and maintenance of all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment that might be affected by the chiller changing.

• Investigation for reasons for the increase in budget is carried out.

• Setting the Integration plan that reduced the budget and managed the mentioned risks.

• Prepare the method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities including the mentioned risks above.
