Regular Basis Monitoring (OPDs) : MRD Registrations - OP waiting Time – Laboratory Investigations on reports delivery - Pharmacy - OPD Procedures.
Regular Basis Monitoring (IPD) : Registrations for admissions - Drug & Diet delivery -Nursing care - Discharge process - Clinical audit.
Conducting trainings and workshops on National Accreditation Board for Healthcare Organizations (NABH) standards and guidelines to promote staff awareness on Hospital Vision, Mission, and Quality Policy, HR Policies, Employee Rights and Responsibilities, Patient Rights and Responsibilities, Hospital Emergency codes, Incident/Sentinel Event/Near Miss reporting Process and the types of Sentinel Events, Fire and safety precautions, Practical demonstration and training on the use of fire extinguishers/Fire Alarm/Manual Call Point/ Fire exits/Safe Assembly Point to every level of employees.
