Wadi Plant : Drastic Saving as far as rail operation is concern like saving on clinker Punitive charges, weighbridge calibration charges etc. Streamlined Rail and Road operations with having good liasioning with railway authority and regular meeting with Transporter Manager and Owner.
Recognized for installing and implementing GPS in Trucks/Bulkers at plant from new service provider Trimble Mobility Solutions India Private Limited, facilitating cost effective and hassle free routes and monitor serviceability
Awarded as the Best Logistics Person in ACC Ltd. in South and West region in the year 2012
Greatly enhanced efficiency by implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to freight processes and highlighting best practices across multiple divisions/regions; ensured 100% ASC run with relevance to all rules and regulations

Joined ACC Bulk terminal at Mumbai in Aug’12. The average quantity dispatch was 65000 mt PM. Within the span of 8 months, I took this figure upto 1.0 Lac ton PM which was a dream figure of BCCI. Based on my performance I got promotion to the level of Chief Manager Logistics within 18 months and transferred to Chanda Plant which is one of the best plant of ACC.
Heading Logistics in Chanda Plant. Average monthly dispatch is 2.50 lacs ton against previous average of around 1.65 lacs ton per month. Road dispatch grown by more than 100%. Against previous average of 70000 mt per month, we are now doing around 150000 mt per month.
DC waival % now gone upto 45% against previous average waival of around 15%.

Administered effective monitoring of indents and utilized them in situations like restrictions, quota & TPMS in railways.
Strategically planned and managed clinker movement in plants at Durgapur, Raibareilly and Chanderia
