As an internal Auditor for the company, I eliminated errors in the manufacturing of Casing by observing all stations in plant, verifying that every station has correct gauges that are currently calibrated, watching operators and verifying that they perform their duties according to procedures and that all product and processes meet standards set by A.P.I.
Also dimensionally inspected product premium and API threads with various gauges, including Pi Tapes, Calipers and OD Mics and conducted traceability. Conducted HSE audits.

Created Non-Conformance Reports for parts with dimensions out of tolerance. Dimensional Inspection apparatus equipment used includes: Dial, Digital and Spring calipers, Inside and Outside Micrometers, Depth gauges, Protractors, Optical Comparator, Radius gauges and Durometer. To further contribute I also received incoming packages, helped assemble tools and wrapped packages and pallets for shipment. I also entered Non- Conformance Reports into a spreadsheet with specifications about parts received from vendors and communicated with vendors and engineers when parts were found out of conformance. Finished the production of Bushings using 5 different Cincinnati Centerless Grinding machines to rough and finish grind parts of various OD sizes. I used a Profiler to inspect the smoothness after the finish pass and also dressed grinding wheel after each pass.
Dimensional Inspected completed work of Bushings and Washers, used in Agricultural, Aviation and Automotive Vehicles.
