• Cuts, trims, and prepares meat for customers.
• Maintain sterilization, cleanliness and sharpness of knives and other tools.
• Ensures preparation areas are clean and neat.
• Strictly follow safety protocols.
Deboner
• Separate the meat from the bone using tools.
• Ensures cuts are precise and accurate.
