Responsibilities include: developing B-side attachments, molds, Rapid prototype parts, armatures, working mechanisms such as door handles, tambour doors, sliding doors, etc., managed data using TeamCenter. Lead role on various programs including: interior glam foam models, rear compartment mockups, head and tail lamp mockups. Type of properties included: Inside/outside properties Mules - drivable show cars, Interior properties, outside properties, lite corner models, stand-alone mockups, hard parts for clay mockups.

Designer - CATIA V4, CATIA V5
WINDCHILL, and Chrysler VPM
Design assemblies of retractable sunroof modules. These included:
Glass assemblies - Glass – Class “A” surface, Glass Roof - Class “A” surface,
Glass Encapsulation, Blinds, Glass Frame, and Glass Seals.
Sunshade assemblies – Sunshade, Handle cup, slideshoes.
Water trough assemblies - water trough, slide shoes and track end cap.
Wind Deflector Assemblies
Designed all three types which include Standard, Castellated and meshed.
Complete integrated front rail assembly which included tracks and center cross member, side brackets, etc.
Complex packaging studies of these assemblies and components
almost all of which are moving or have some degree of motion/rotation.
These assemblies consist of parts that are manufactured using plastic injection mold, stamped, extruded and overmold techniques, using Catia V4 and V5 surfacing and parametric workbenches for Class “A”, B, and show side (grained) surfaces.
