Result Statement: The knowledge of the nature of the COVID-19 infection and the safety that the vaccine provides with an effective communicative approach will promote better interprofessional practice that encourages interdisciplinary teamwork (collaborative approach) among health workers, and it improves hospital-based care provided by the staff.
