Develops and implements changes to the Agency Administrative Code, Provider Manuals, Operational Protocols and other pertinent program documentation, including all coordination/responses for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), in accordance with program guidelines, CMS requirements, and Division Operation Procedures to assure compliance with Agency protocols.
