Examined our solution’s consistency with Danone’s mission and core values, impact on brand equity, a valuation of Danone’s share of business in Russia, and impact on all stakeholders.

Worked with 3 incoming Bain & Company consultants to present a comprehensive solution and analysis to multiple judge panels, resulting in 3rd place out of 27 teams.
