MRO Supply Chain Assessment will help get a better understanding of what is happening in each facility from an end-to-end perspective. After some initial qualification, I conduct site tours at facilities, gather data for analysis, conduct interviews with key stakeholders and analyze all of the information, to let upper management know what is going well and identify opportunities for improvement.
