Oversight of all functional areas of school management. This included the Business Office, Student Services, Admissions, Academics, as well as, Finance Aide department. Other campus duties involved compliance initiatives in accordance to ACCST (Associated Career Colleges and Schools of Technology): Responsible for the annual reporting to this Accreditation. Course titles included the Trades, Criminal Justice and the Allied Health professions. Also, tracked the flow of government Title IV funding and Pell Grant procedures as it applied to student tuition. Monitored intake and expenditures based on annual budget in access of 30,000,000 dollars. Guided and trained a staff of over 100 individuals. Duties also included the on boarded for all new hires and the delivery of orientation to all incoming students. As part of retention maximization measures student questionnaires were distributed and numbered to take the pulse of the student population as a whole.

Directed a staff of 6 individuals for the purpose of the placement of graduates targeting their perspective employment. Partnerships were formed with area employers for on campus presentations and job interviews. Coursework included occupations in Nursing and the Allied Heath fields. This involved career training in access of over 1000 students integrated into all classwork beginning with new student orientation. A 90% rate placement was achieved over a 9-year period. This resulted in being the number rate of student achievement for the entire company. The top awards were given to placement staff over this period of time.
