Do opening duties like cutting the bread brewing ice tea, bring ice refill oil and balsamic container's etc. Once tickets come out run salads or other appetizers to the table according to seat numbers. Offer fresh ground pepper for salads. Fire main course once guests are finished with first course. Run main course and offer fresh parmesan cheese for their pastas and ask if they need anything else. If they order desserts it's my responsibility to prepare the desserts onto the plate and run the desserts. Make tiramisu when were running low. At end of shift I clean the runner line and wrap everything that needs to be wrapped, sweep and mop the restaurant with the closing busser and other sidework like roll ups and throwing out linen and trash and refilling oil and balsamic etc. When finished check out with the manager and then clock out.

Answer calls and answer any questions that customers ask. Take trays on cart and have them sign check which was charged to room. End of shift do another sweep on floors and do more roll ups and then do paperwork checkout. Then clock out.
