• Implemented strategy change to fuel controller to regulate Engine startup for gas engines in drill applications.

• Improved system durability and performance of engines in Gas Compression applications, implemented active derate model strategy to improve system life and complying customer requirements.

• Performed controller design and calibration to regulate engine Intake Manifold Temperature to improve system performance by avoiding detonation.

• Collaborate with software and simulation engineers during the software building process to accommodate new model changes into the software architecture and validate the same on the dSpace bench.

• Create Unit test plan and write test instructions for software validation on bench for strategy changes and overall logical operation.

• Perform field follow on calibrated engine and coordinate with performance engineers and operators to deliver a complete product.
