I worked remotley from home. For Revco I was contracted to work for Cox Healthcare Systems in Missouri, I would call patients with upcoming appointments and pre-register them. This entailed going through their demographics and updating what if anything necessary. When i moved to scheduling, I would use the appointment book for what location I was working that week and either call parients with upcoming appointments to confirm or use the back log lost of patients that needed to be rescheduled. Also since I usually worked for the specialist section the patients were mostly referred to Cox Health so I had a constant grid on my excel sheet that was upfated on who meeded to be called to scheule and for what location and procedure. Depending on location I worked that week I also would worked in Medical Records taking ROI requests.

I worked remotely from home. While I was employed with Community Psychiatry Associates, I would start with patient registration via the phone or it would be in my inbox. Then contact patients to make sure demographics were correct and then verify the patients insurance benefits either online or by calling the insurance companies. Then courtesy call the patient and let them know what their appointment cost would be if they had a copay or break down the evaluation and visits price with the deductible.
