Experience

This was a seasonal position, based at a well respected campsite. I managed the running on the campsite including managing stock, food preparation, ordering, rotas, pitch planning for large groups, School visits, erecting bell tents, customer service and barista. This was a very varied position and I learnt a lot about the daily running of a business. Including weekly reports back to head office on the running of the campsite. Fast-paced work environment looking after patients with a wide range of illness and conditions. Delegating to other members of staff, Escalating concerns, providing care to vulnerable members of public.
