CAREER OBJECTIVE

I am committed, compassionate, optimistic individual who has a golden heart with a passion in caring of the patients, their families, friends and residents needs, I would like to highlights some of things I have done regarding caregiving.

Growing up in my rural area, I had an aunt who was suffering from depression and mental issues and I would take care of her in area of bathing, washing clothes, cooking, moving around with her among many needs.

I would visit her house to give her breakfast, sweep her house and assist her with what she require at that most before I rushed to school. Later in the evening I would go and prepare meals and wash her clothes.

She had clinics at Mathari Hospital where I would accompany her once in a month for her reviews, assisted her with carrying files and medication.

My grandmother is an elderly person. When COVID-19 came, we moved with my family to stay in up country where she lives among our homesteads. She is diabetic, high blood pressure, and slightly blind can’t see well due to her illness and old age. She needs a lot of assistance on daily basis. We have been there for her, and she is a happy person. I think I have values that align with the organization’s values that is why I feel am fit and right candidate for the position.
