RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES

Ensure the implementation of Company’s HSEMS.

Monitor the implementation of safety rules & regulations and ensure-no activity will damage environment quality.

Responsible for day-to-day inspection & prepare periodical reports, ensure that HSE system keeps required standard.

Ensure correct reporting for accidents and other dangerous occurrences & the certification of equipments and devices.

Ensure that all statutory documents are correctly maintained at all times & made available to the Company

Inspect fire extinguishers & fire-fighting equipment’s ensure safe operation. Ensure that all hazards are identified and all preventive and mitigation measures are taken. Implement a proper waste management system, housekeeping system in work place & maintain social hygiene

On site liaison with client representatives to ensure the implementation of both company and clients HSE procedure

Monitored strict compliance of permit to work system at work site. Conduct periodic inspections at work place and Employee welfare facilities. Participate in HSE Inspections.

Prepare close out reports for HSE inspection and HSE audits. Participate effectively in all HSE meetings with employees and clients. Encourage employees to report accidents, Near miss, Hazards and suggestions. Prepare HSE nominations for HSE man of the Month Awards.

Maintain Near-miss action tracking register & prepare Near-miss trend analysis reports for submission to HSE Manager.

Take immediate action and report to HSE department. To ensure that fire fighting and safety equipment is regularly inspected and serviced. Update notice boards and conduct HSE campaigns

Identify the risk associated with the work and advise appropriate safe guards. Ensure that Safety posters and signboards are posted appropriate locations. Ensure that PPE’S adequate, maintain and appropriate for use by the employees with aspects to the specific job hazards.
