- Banquette party arrangement used to served VIP set lunch & dinner 7 course in fine dining menu for Travel Agent pack- age and some walk in customer 20 – 350pax running smoothly with internal fnb staff & cooperation with other department are concern and earned revenue $ 8500.00 - $ 14500.00 / functioning

- Banquette party arrangement used to served buffet lunch & dinner 7 course in fine dining menu for Travel Agent pack- age and some walk in customer 120 – 1500pax running smoothly with internal fnb staff & cooperation with other department are concern and earned revenue $ 15800 – $56700.00/ functioning

- Reports daily, weekly, monthly & yearly f&b revenues, costing/storages, purchasing and f & b P & L B- Strongly responsibility for hotel operation & Hotel management:

- Daily control operation for hotel staff manning power as front office, f&b dept., housekeeping, finance dept., engineering

& other Banquette, Catering cooperation with other department are concern.

- Daily operation for hotel control income & expend concern with modern system as Muster Folios, POS, King Smart and Quick room, Sinviz system report to financial dept-, general manager and Owner Representative.

- Hotel operation annalist for saving cost and expenditure incomes/outcomes

- Hotel building assets survey environment project and maintaining renovation plans

- Tours agency daily communications unless twice times a years for sales-calls and hotel hospitality orientations.

- Weekly, Monthly and Yearly planning Activity promotion to Travel Agent pack-age and some walk in guest.

- Yearly budget plans & work cooperation sale marketing department.
