Currently working Profile:

Worked as a Scaffolding Supervisor/Coordinator/Labour cooridinator at Hassyan Clean Coal Power Plant Project (HCCPP ) for China Steel Construction Constructing LLC (CCSSC) from March 2018 to end of 2019( Before Covid 19).

Roles and responsibilities

1.Managing a scaffolding team of 800 for the erection and dismantling of scaffolding related to the steel structure erection in Hassyan Clean Coal Plant project.

2.Coordinating With Local labour supply Companies for hiring the labour and mangening them according to Project managent requirements.

3.Preparing the daily scaffolding work progress report and submitting to Constrction Management.

4.Fulfill the requirement of construction team by timely completion of scaffolding on steel beams for meeting the production target.

5.Ensure safe erection and safe completion of scaffolding works.

6.Maintaining the regime of inspection of scaffolds after erection and weekly inspection.

7.Training and assessment of Scaffolder.

8.Ensure the quality of the scaffold materials used.

9.Conduct health and safety talks to the scaffold team in co-ordination with the project HSE team.

10.Ensure the erected scaffolds are maintained by regular monitoring.

11.Prepare the inspection schedule and assign inspectors for inspection.

12.Camp Management and coordination with labour during off duty at camp to manage the workers essentials by coordinating with senior management.

4.Completed Scaffolding Inspection and Erection course from Euro Gulf safety consultants of using tag system on scaffolding and safe erection.

5. Completed Scaffolding supervisor course from Euro Gulf safety consultants
