Involved in most phases initiating, creating, and directing growth of Optic Communications revenues from $30 million in 1996 to over $2.1 billion in cumulative revenues in 2010.

Key Accomplishments

• Directed all major corporate account business development, hired/trained staff as needed, and supervised over 300 personnel.

• Acquired client/partners Verizon Wireless, HMS Host, Arizona State University, Market America, McCarren Airport, and American Center for Law and Justice.

• Initiated and built the Mobile Virtual Network Operator system for company.

• Developed full business plans and cellular application programs for each client.

• Became cell phone provider for Verizon which required new/innovative ideas.

• Developed/presented business plans to HMS Host Board of Directors placing NOS international calling product in 124 airports nationwide.

• Designed/contracted with ASU board/NCAA for university specific phone and logo.

• Sold cellular application to CEO of Market America becoming exclusive provider for its 300,000 members and guest speaker/trainer at 20,000 attendee convention.

• Instituted cell vending machine dispensing active phones/calling cards at McCarren.

• Received contract as exclusive cell provider for ACLJ and its members.

• Opened, setup and directed an international call center in Cairo, Egypt, started with 5 reps and one manager, grew to over 1,000 reps running 24/7 within first year.

• By 2005 center was calling business customers in 5 countries generating over $1.5 million in monthly recurring revenue.

• Hired, trained, and promoted 35 Egyptian Managers along with 3 Egyptian Branch Managers.
