I received my AAS culinary arts 2005-2007 while attending college I was recognized for my academic achievements by making the deans list two consecutive semesters. Was also recognized by instructors and peers for my creativity,and meticulous execution of prepping and plating assigned menu items. I Would like to continue furthering my education in order to refine my management skills in this demanding and rewarding industry. I am lacking approximately 32 semester hours in order to obtain my bachelors degree in business. I have since been working in the food service industry and have been a kitchen manager for two restaurants. I posses the discipline, knowledge, skills, certifications and ability to execute and complete the daily duties of such a demanding position. I am also bi-lingual, speaking,writing, and reading Spanish fluently, and therefore would be no communication barriers.
