Interviews residents and/or family members to determine activity and program preferences and implements preferences under the guidance of the Director.
Facilitates group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner ensuring that programs stay on schedule by using communication techniques to assist residents in maintaining focus, to re-direct a conversation, etc.
