Client: Google

Description: This is a very vast application of Google’s HR Integration(ETL) data pipeline platform, which is used for their HRMS activity. This project works for all the Google employees, Vendor, Contractors, Students across world from different time zone, different region. This is a very complex application developed over several years and had many updates and changes. In this project, I am working as a Production Support Engineer for Google HRMS platform and their biggest Integration application which intern connects to Workday HCM tenant. In this we help the developer to understand the bugs and analyze the bug, provide the inputs to the developer. We resolve tickets generated by Google employees which are using the Integration Services. We monitor 100 jobs daily and check provide support to all the jobs. We use SQL queries to check the data from back end. We use Linux script to download the reports generated from each job to verify the workflow output. We use different log platform to check logs and file transfer status. We trouble shoot the job failure and do manual run.

Responsibilities: As a Software Engineer I was actively involved in the complete life cycle of the project, starting from design phase, till the release and post production support.

Description: EDS used a standalone system (COR) for all the requests that come for a new network connection or any infrastructure services, which didn’t had much capability and the provisioning was manual. To automate this task and to provide more functionality and finally integrate all other systems, EDS planned to implement Order Management System by using the Oracle OSM tool.

This is a provisioning process system which does the order provisioning. In this system, clients enter different types of request related to network infrastructure. The entered order will be processed in this system as per the provisioning plan till the completion of the order. The requests may be related to data, voice, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities: As a Software Engineer I was involved in following activities

●Development of User Management module, Self Admin module by using JSP and Servlets

The e-mail contains the URL, which directly takes the application owner or manager to the system for the recertification process

Description: SAR-Cresta is an application, which is developed using core java and the AIU framework. This application keeps track of the accident reports and the policy details. AIU framework behaves like the struts framework, but advantage in this framework we have different layers of implementation, which will best suit in distributed networking. There are some good features in this framework, which will help in overcome server side over loading of task. I have gained a good knowledge after learning MVC architecture through this customized AIU framework.

Responsibilities: As a Software Engineer I was involved in

●Developed complete CauseOfLoss model independently. This is a MVC architecture which has Model View Controller layers. This is Customized framework of AIU.

It has provision to allocate projects/tasks to the employees on the basis of their skill sets. It manages every phase of the project, and helps in managing tasks and sub tasks.
