o Verification of installed system to include conveyor speeds, photo eyes, timing of merges and productivity rates.

IKEA Customer Fulfillment, Conshohocken, PA (1998 – 2019) A privately held multi-billion-dollar global retailer headquartered in Almhult, Sweden.

• Site Manager – Bakersfield, CA (2016-2019)

o Directed the 1.8 million sq. ft. Tejon Facility of 50 Leaders and up to 700 Co-Workers in a 24/7 three shift operation

o Managed distribution of goods to IKEA stores and direct customers in the Western Hemisphere of the US and Canada

o Led the operation through a significant Automation Installation spanning my entire tenure on site. To include continued operations with increasing volumes in half of the space previously occupied while construction ensued.
