Key responsibilities:
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, overtimes, leaves, etc.)
Handling timekeeping problems and concerns of employees Responsible for employee movements to monitor and update our database (probationary to regular, promotion, transfer, change in position, etc.)
Independently handled releasing of employee separation clearances and gratuity pay.
Coordinates with accounting department for billings (HMO, annual physical examination, etc.)
Assist in SSS loans and HDMF loans
Be in charge of employee benefits (E-Card, SLA Card, SM advantage card, HMO, etc.)
Preparing necessary documents for transmittal
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities like performance evaluations etc.
