Project Description:

Commercial Boulevard, in the heart of Lusail City, comprises of 4 nos. 2-level underground Car Parks to accommodate 2,200 parking bays, 4 nos. of LRT Stations, 4 nos. of 11kV Substations, 12 km of Road Network, 17 km of utilities and infrastructure in a value of one billion, and two hundred thousand Qatar Riyals.

Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, leading a team of Construction Managers, Planners, Contract Administrators, Supervision Consultants and Cost Consultants, the following achievements have been recorded: timely completion of the Car Parks structures, LRT Stations and Substations with a total 250,000 cu. m of concrete being poured, 5 million man-hours without LTI.

The following responsibilities:

1. Leading the PMCM team, as the Client Representative, to manage the Main Contractor to ensure timely delivery of the package whilst maintaining quality and costs 2. Daily communication and coordination with the Client to align project progress and delivery with client requirements

3. Successfully leading and managing Stakeholders, including but not limited to Supervision Consultant, Cost Consultant, Design Consultants, Authorities, such as Kharamaa, Ashghal and QRC

4. Administration of the Contract, including all contractual letters, variations, and extension of time/cost claims

5. Analyses and management of project risks, and associated mitigation in line with risk assessment

The Doha Mall Commercial and Retail Complex comprises of a 400,000 m2 built-up area of a commercial and retail mall complex comprising of retail shops, restaurants, food courts, theme park, cinema complex, department stores, parking, soft and hard landscaping, water features, shade structures, curtain wall system, huge domes and skylights. Responsibilities:

As the Senior Project Manager, leading, managing, and directing the entire Project Team towards the goal of successful project completion, through the following: 1. Managing and directing the Civil technical and construction team towards timely completion of the project maintaining quality and costs to the satisfaction of the Client. 2. Managing and directing the technical and construction teams towards meeting the time, cost and quality standards as required by the Client. 3. Directing and guiding the Project Controls to ensure full adherence to construction schedule and cost control.

4. Follow up, coordinate and lead the procurement of materials amongst various suppliers, sub-contractors ensuring that materials are delivered to site as scheduled/planned within the determined budget.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Project Manager for all duties and responsibilities required to manage the day to day scope of the Consultancy and project management on site.
