Project Description:

The purpose of this bot is to identify unique insurance Id, which were not worked by agents through some filters and for each insurance number bot should download insurance documents like proof of insurance, proof of summary, invoice, pink slip and some other auto insurance documents from salesforce application and a third party application. Once these documents are renamed these invoice documents would be sent to a network printer and end of the run all the insurance id’s are documented in a report and sent to business. Applications involved in this bot are cloud based.

Contribution:

●Identified and Developed reusable components which can be used in various stages.

●All the reusable components are built as libraries and saved in orchestrator for optimal usage.

●Created a separate report using google spreadsheets for daily monitoring considering the criticality of information.

●Configuring new processes and activities using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured and manageable.
