Developing a Project Management Office (PMO) for the Organization to be able to operate the Company projects in an efficient and effective way.

The proposed PMO Organization Structure shall enable the Organization to operate an estimated Projects Portfolio of 100 million SAR.

Projects are of different classes including Hospitality, Residential, Health Care, Industrial and Infrastructure.

Recommending the recruitment of key staff members in project department including Executive director for projects, Project Schedulers and Site Engineers.

Reviewing all periodical progress reports, projects dashboards, and other reports consolidated by the Executive manager for projects and provide comments and/or corrective actions required and then reported periodically to the President.

Accomplishment of this activity resulted in the construction and completion of the following projects:

o Radio Active Element Factory with a Land Area of 790 m2, and BUA of 1441 m2. o Furnished Apartment Building with a Land Area of 2500 m2, and BUA of 7500 m2. o Three Residential Villas with a Total Land Area of 1800 m2, and BUA of 2650 m2. o Renovation of Various projects including Villas and Residential Towers located in the cities of Makkah & Jeddah.

Accomplishment of this activity resulted in the formation of several development companies whose payments of pre-incorporation expenses generated a revenue to the organization that exceeded 110 million SAR.

Supervised several technical studies with the assistance of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and projects department staff on various development projects from design until start of operation, including its acceptance within required quality at satisfaction of all stakeholders and with best optimized financial cost at completion. Studies include:

Socio Economic Survey Studies for the residents living within the development area.

Physical & Built up Form Survey Studies for all lands and parcels.

Preliminary Master Plan Studies that should be accomplished through performance of Site Analysis & Site Survey Studies and Urban Planning Concepts proposed according to specific planning criteria.

Preliminary Studies of infrastructure facilities that include design of the basic facilities including Water - Fire - Drainage - Electricity - Telephone - Discharge & Sewer Systems.

Studies related to the application of Geographic Information Systems (GISs).

Market Studies which focused mainly on the dynamics of real estate market in the city of Makkah and the study of supply and demand for several sectors including hospitality, residential (permeant

& temporary), and retail commercial sectors.

Contribution in the Financial and Economic Feasibility Studies which include detailed studies of the project costs and expected revenues of the proposed development.

Revision of the proposed development plan for the entire development area.

Accomplishment of this activity resulted in the Permits Approval of a number of Master Plans and Infrastructure studies from all stakeholders for the following development Projects: o Shrashif with a Land Area of 1.684 million m2, and BUA of 5.98 million m2. o Nakassah with a Land Area of 680.000 m2, and BUA of 2.4 million m2. o Affordable Housing with a Land Area of 760.000 m2, and BUA of 760.000 m2. o Sumo Suburb with a Land Area of 1.5 million m2, and BUA of 1.5 million m2.

Monitor project progress of the organization and its affiliates with continuous pro-active approach to anticipate risks and implement mitigation measures, while ensured adherence to the following:
