Audit Experience:
During my articleship I had the opportunity of auditing and analyzing the number of Manufacturing Companies, Corporation, Government, Non-Government Organizations and various business organizations, which offered me with an immense and wonderful opportunity to have an extensive and in depth of different kinds of accounts keeping procedures and accounting system of those organizations. Duties/Responsibilities:
o Preparation of financial statements as per applicable rules and regulations and as per organizations accounting manual and to interpret the results of financial operations. (Actual, Projected & Customized, for Board Meeting & Bank Loan purpose).
o Manage, plan & organize financial planning, budgeting (Weekly/Monthly) & analysis, controllership & revenue cycle functions. o Monthly Report Company’s actual performance compared to the business plans, and growth compare to last three years’ performance. o Managing and reporting group loan portfolio (Outstanding, repayment schedule) on daily basis unit wise, bank wise, loan category wise etc. o Ensuring calculation of bank interest and bank charges on all loan repayments. o Ensuring on time renewal of bank credit sanctions, loan sanction, and loan proposal etc.
o Dealing with banks for keeping regular transactions smooth and loan related issues. o Preparation & maintaining of daily fund management report to ensure smooth fund inflows and outflows of the group.
o Checking PO requisitions and planning for vendor’s payments. o Controlling Tally ERP 9 software for all units & users. o Supervision of all activities & reports of all concerns. o Maintain all Accounts in Excel & Tally Software as separate company. o Ensuring on time preparation & maintaining of cash vouchers, banks vouchers & Journal vouchers.
o Preparation for all VAT related obligations, VAT payment and timely submission of VAT returns.
o Preparation and Calculation VAT & TDS Challan (House Rent, Professional Fees, Salary, Suppliers and Cafeteria Sales).
o Submission of online monthly vat returns of all units and meeting requirement so vat office.
o Ensuring deduction of TDS & VDS from bills and deposit the same to banks and providing of tax & vat deduction certificate to parties as per tax & vat laws. o Ensuring annual credit reports availability of all units timely. o Maintaining all relevant Vat registers (Mushok 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 etc ) and reports as per Vat laws.
o Preparation for all taxes obligations, tax payment and timely submission of tax returns and related reports/supporting/papers to tax office. o Ensuring preparation & submission of schedule all tax returns (Monthly, yearly, bi- annual etc) of company & individuals.
o Ensuring filling of annual returns to RJSC and RJSC related works to be completed timely.
o Maintaining and assisting in preparation and maintenance of books of accounts, i.e. Ledger, Cash book, Voucher etc.
o Cost control by applying different costing tools and recommending ways of cost minimizing.
o Discussion with the management of the organization about audit issues and observations of working level.
