Notice of representation drafted and sent to the following:

Request the following from the District Attorney’s office, in writing:

● Evidence in Prosecuting Attorney’s possession

● Police complaint / arrest reports

● Punishment Recommendation from Prosecuting Attorney Send to clients, in writing:

● Notice of plea offers

● Scheduled court hearings

● Request to schedule appointments to discuss case Prepare Plea Agreement documents for each client on the docket Attend monthly court dockets with attorneys

Work Closely with District Attorney’s Office and Criminal Court Clerk to schedule hearings addressing:

● Enter of Plea

● Motions Filed with Court

● Plea Acceptance

● Pretrial Hearings

● Jury Selection and Trial

Preparation and filing of all criminal Motions

Provide District Attorney’s Office and client with Motions to be filed. Once receive granted/denied motions, forward copies to District Attorney’s Office and client Assist attorneys in preparation for upcoming hearings / trials
