INDUSTRIAL Californian Beverages Ltd 01/03/2019 – 19/09/2020 EXPIRIENCE I was engaged with Californian beverages as a Filler Machine operator. Under which I was in charge of inspecting and preparing the filler machines for production. Other than that I was charged with the responsibilities of operating the un-carbonated filler for juices like; (JUST PINEAPPLE, JUST ORANGE and JUST GRANADILLA) and also the water and frooty juice filling machine. Operating and maintenance of all two crush line filler machines.
Doing of CIP, which means cleaning in parts this is where I prepare the filler machine for production after production of a different product .e.g. changing from production of JUST ORANGE to production of JUST PINEAPPLE or JUST GRANADILLA.
When doing FULL CIP this is where I first rinse the filler machine with water after production and then join the COSTIC into the balancing tank were it is pumped into the filler tank then I do the rinsing through the filling valves.
Checking and changing of worn out bottle seals.
Adjustment of vain tubes of the filling valves for production of a different product .e.g. from production of 350mls bottles to 750mls.
Doing the adjustments of the bottle conveyors.
