Inspiration Resources Corporation

• Developed a computer model simulating the overall operation of Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company (ICCC) using linear programming (LP) techniques by directing a group of diverse discipline engineers, accountants, and computer programmers. The LP model comprised capacity constraints, incremental and fixed costs of each mining and metallurgical operating unit, monthly mining plan, processing capacity constraints, marketing plan, and overhead costs that were determined jointly by the team and operating departments.

• The simulation model optimized all aspects of the operations of ICCC by using it to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual operating budgets and facilitate management with operational decision-making according to various “What If” scenarios.

• Reconciled and analyzed actual monthly, quarterly, and annual costs and productions against budgets, and reported the variances to management accordingly.

• Responsible for analyzing the operating costs and product mixes of Inspiration Coal Inc.'s operating mines to provide marketing flexibility and increase profitability.

• Responsible for leading a team of engineers and financial professionals to evaluate a merger proposal between ICCC and an Arizona-based copper mining company.

• A team member was responsible for assisting in the formulation and execution of corporate strategies for business development and restructuring.

Elders Resources Finance Inc.

• Responsible for analyzing financing proposals based on mining plan, metallurgical process, and estimated capital and operating costs, and making recommendations to management on the financing feasibility and structure of mining ventures.

• Numerous mineral projects, including base metals, coal, and precious metals, were evaluated to determine respective financing feasibility and financial structure.

• Successfully provided $90 million in project financing to junior precious metals, base metals, and coal mining companies over three years with deal sizes between $5 million to $25 million each.

• Contributed revenue growth by 240% to $7 million and profit growth by 330% to $5 million over three years.

Link Mineral Ventures Ltd.

• Link Mineral Ventures was a Toronto-based public company specializing in precious metal E&D programs in South America and China.
