The mission of IIS is to support the communication of specialized material to public or private sector executives, managers, staff, and customers. IIS creates combinations of documents, reports, charts, graphs, and maps to support information and communication. USDA Farm Production and Conservation Business Center Enterprise Manager (September 2018 – (retired) September 2019 Kansas City, Missouri a. I completed an architecture rationalization project strategy based on Service Now CMDB, Planview (Troux), and enterprise architecture repository. I provided thought leadership, business case, funding document, and other presentations to staff and senior leadership. This combination of tools offered a 360-degree view of the component inventory, metadata, and lifecycle information to be consumed and integrated into the EA repository. We used the Safe method to create and track tasks.

USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA), Architecture Modernization Center Enterprise Information Architect, August 2010 – September 2019 Kansas City, Missouri I was the lead Enterprise Information Architect providing thought leadership, research, analytics, and ontology and canonical model for FSA business processes and data. I prepared software integration demonstrations and analytical capabilities using Tableau, Collabra Data Governance software, ESRI Geoweb services, Oracle Visualizer, and R.

USDA OCIO, Chief Data Office, Deputy Chief Data Officer June 2017 - August 2019, Washington, DC and Kansas City, Missouri I led USDA's policy and implementation of OMB requirements for Open Data and data inventories to share with the government and the public. I worked closely with all agencies within USDA to draft a complete Enterprise Data Management Policy document to become an official USDA requirement. I supported and represented USDA's Chief Data Officer at external intergovernmental events.

I provided oversight and reporting to the Office of Management and Budget about USDA's geospatial data inventory and progress in collaborating and sharing data. I served as USDA's representative to the Federal Geographic Data Committee. I reported to the Deputy CIO about uses and opportunities for better use of geospatial data and integration with USDA mission areas.

USDA Rural Housing Service, GIS Specialist

June 2002 - May 2006, Washington, DC

• Rural Development has a unique need for GIS because it provides financial assistance across the United States for rural housing, economic development, and infrastructure. I was the GIS coordinator and analyst to make analytical maps and data management for RHS's mission success.

• I prepared data, geospatial data standards, maps, and summaries for situations related to 4

USDA's success in housing families, response to Hurricane Katrina's need for housing across the affected region,

• I created a model and simple interface for assessing bomb damage to USDA headquarters' buildings for the Emergency Operations Center.

• Because USDA housing assistance is based on some geographic definitions, I created a prototype of finding properties across the US eligible for USDA housing assistance. I set and documented uniform geographic standards, wrote, and obtained a contract for national street data and geocoding services.
