This project enables retail customers to place order online through any e-Commerce channel and pick the item directly from store. In BOPIS model, customers can pick the readily available item (i.e. ONHAND inventory) from selected Store on same day. In BOSTS, if item is currently unavailable in Store, customer can place order and choose to pick item from selected Store at later point of time.

These models are more convenient to customers as they can pick items from Store thus helping customers save delivery charges on traditional door delivery. On the other hand, it helps client to manage store inventory effectively and improves the business.
