New Business Manager, currently cultivating over 75 prospects, with the goal of onboarding and handing them off to Territory Manager.

Duties as a District Sales Manager: Manage no more than 9 District Sales Representatives at a time, setting and tracking of all monthly goals and budgets, hiring and developing of DSR’s, work and cultivate prospects into customers, responsible for the tracking of all 7 promotions per year, conducting quarterly performance reviews and the setting of 30,60,90 day reviews for underperforming DSR’s.

Accomplishments as a DSM. Was always in the top 3 for collections, this is out of the 85 District Managers, this was every month for over 6 years. One of My DSR’s were nominated 5 out of 6 years for DSR of the Year. Took my Albuquerque territory from selling $23.5 million to on track to doing just under $38 million. Was responsible for getting 7 out of my 8 DSR’s on to, 100% commission. Lead a task force on dead and expiring inventory and was able to take it from $325,000.00 to under $122,000.00, this was accomplished within 11 months. I was on Corporate initiative and planning committee, for upcoming companywide promotions. Was in charge of a team of 6, with the initiative of clearing 100 slots in 6 months and then working with the purchasing team and sales on filling those slots with the correct items.
