I’ve been a General Manager, Owner or Multi-Unit Director for over 16 years. I have an “Ownership” mentality. I am looking for a partnership to share my experience and knowledge with, while learning the Principles and Beliefs of the company. I’m eager to see what’s out there and find the perfect fit for us to grow together. I am looking for my future long-term home. If you're looking for someone intelligent, diligent, persistent, professional, and ready to push the boundaries of success, look no further. I am not tied down to any industry. I believe a great leader is the leader of people, not a specific industry of people. I love helping the people around me achieve their short-term and long-term goals and achieve feats they did not think were possible. Willing to relocate: Anywhere

Authorized to work in the US for any employer

Man Cave Memorabilia - Spring Hill, FL

August 2017 to June 2021

I ran and operated my own sports and entertainment memorabilia retail location. I negotiated and setup everything from the lease to zoning the space to setting up and designing the brick and mortar and online stores.

Below are some of my usual responsibilities:

• Attend autograph shows as a vendor and get $20,000-100,000 worth of autographs from sports and entertainment stars to continuously develop new inventory.

• Negotiate pricing from the trade shows for the amount spent on autographs on everything from pricing to specified time and set amounts of autographs from athletes, musicians, actors, astronauts, artists and so on.

• Develop and manage the online store, manage the brick and mortar site for walk-ins and ship out orders daily.

• I had one partner (who was mostly a financial partner), so I was personally responsible for the exceptional operations of my business.

• I ran “breaks” live online to sell signed helmets, jerseys and so on.

• I ran online marketing campaigns from procuring leads to an Omni-level approach (branding, messaging, online and offline reach and moving consumers down a “sales funnel” to work towards sales and repeat business.

• I built my business from $24,000 in sales our first month to almost $70,000/month average within 12 months. By the end of year two, we were north of $1 million/year in sales and grew every year until COVID. After a horrific month of sales under $25,000, I doubled sales the next two months to get back to my “standard.”

• After starting with Ultimate Trampoline LLC, I decided to sell the company and go all-in on my new venture. Considering COVID allowed my Grandfathered NFL/NBA/MLB/etc. licensing agreements to no longer require brick and mortar to generate and sell merchandise online, my licenses became extremely valuable.

Leadership Certificate in Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”

December 2004 to Present

I took a leadership class my freshman year of college, and I have since re-read the book at least once annually. If you are not constantly working on your habits, you will not be able to perform them as well as you once did. Habit 7 is “Sharpen the Saw,” which means you must always continue to grow and have a thirst for learning and improving.
