Essential Job Functions:
Always conduct in a professional manner by being courteous to residents, vendors, and co-workers, and treating them with respect.
Maintain confidentiality by not disclosing any information on a resident or a resident’s account with anyone including the police or law enforcement. Only discuss information with the leaseholder.
Type contact letters violation letters, lock out letters, option letters, name addition/deletion letters, settlement and building letters as directed.
Provide copies of resident payment ledgers and rental agreements.
Copy, fold, and mail all correspondence daily.
Enter memos into Yardi for all correspondence mailed to the residents and applicants.
Enter violation re-checks into the re-check book.
Filing paperwork in Resident’s files.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
