POS Equipment/Depot Supervisor/Help Desk Supervisor

Provide Equipment support (New Installs, Break/Fix and Phone Support) as well as Asset Purchasing and Inventory Management to over 2700 stores across North America including Canada, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

As an Asset Management and Purchasing Process Manager, I’ve been testing Order and Asset Management in SAP Ariba. I work in both Test and Prod. We have implemented Contract Management in Ariba to date into Prod. I am a go to for uploading Contracts for Legal Approval for two departments so far after this implementation.

Run bi-weekly and monthly meetings with Dell and HP for POS Depot and Help Desk issues. As an Admin for both Companies Break/Fix portal I work to keep our interaction working smoothly for store support.

My Team and I are responsible for Break/fix or replacement of all POS equipment for all Footlocker, Champs, Lady Footlocker, Kids Footlocker, and House of Hoops stores. This includes, Registers, Back Office PC’s, Handheld Mobile Devices, Register and Mobile Pay Credit Devices, Printers etc.

Interact with network services, systems engineering, and applications development to restore service, identify, and correct problems with Windows and Linux OS and Virtual environments. My Team and I review and build KB Articles to support Store POS Equipment Worldwide

Diagnose System failures, re-image, Registers, PC’s. Zebra Handheld devices and Servers for stores. We use vSphere Meraki and SOTI for monitoring, package installs, and remote interaction with the devices.

My Team implemented the US and Worldwide Rollout of Handheld Computers and Mobile Payment PinPads for stores. We are upgrading New Handhelds in EMEA and Installing Mobile Payment in Southeast Asia in 2022.

Order and inventory all POS Equipment for North America as well as support EMEA and APAC with Equipment Shipments as needed. Work with all POS Equipment Vendor to keep current on existing and new equipment to buy competitively and stay current on new trends in the Marketplace.

Currently reviewing Shipping Supplies for 2022. Implemented POS Depot specific boxes to differentiate Equipment boxes to stores reducing lost or misplaced equipment in stores in 2021. Now reviewing new packing material. Initial estimates show we should save roughly 28.7% yearly with the new vendor for a better packing material that takes up less storage space in our racking.

Created Time Tracking and Inventory Systems for my Team for Daily and monthly tracking of work and Inventory status.

Work with ServiceNow Team to plan, clean up data and implement more advanced Inventory consumables tracking program with Min/Max and usage reports for better forecasting, Order and Budget management and SLA Metrics Tracking. Build ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards for many Department heads and Upper Management. Worked with ServiceNow Team to build new SLA Metrics Tracking for Incident Management to track Incident Completion and time in specific queues. This allows analysis of time to resolution by department, to create more specific accountability and build better processes

Work with ServiceNow as part of the CMDB Team project to migrate ITSM to ServiceNow in 2020. With a focus on Data Migration, Normalization, and Mapping.
