• Independently be able to blend the ink colours using only primary base colours to mix to achieve any colour in the ink Pantone colour book.

• exposure in all aspects of rotogravure printing from ink mixing to final product slitting quality control, and dispatch to the customer.

• Able to mix independently all ink colours to set up the press for new job.

• Setting parameters such as viscosity, tension, blade setting, print speed.

• Highlight machine issues to maintenance.

• Load correct size cores per job card
