CONSTRUCTION JOB SUPERINTENDENT 04/2023 to 07/2023 Wichman Construction, Tampa, FL

Building three-story 100,000 sq ft assisted living facility. When I started job was approximately three months behind schedule. Within three months I was able to get job up to within two weeks of original schedule. I did this by rearranging and coordinating subcontractors' work areas. By doing that I was able to increase productivity and decrease downtime and made subcontractors happy to not be working on top of each other.

I was let go after getting job back on original schedule.

• Monitored project milestones and adjusted scheduling to meet deadlines. Developed and maintained relationships with contractors, sub-contractors and stakeholders to support successful project completion.
