Work Experience

01/06/2019 Agropastoral Counselor PCP-ACEFA Kumba,Cameroon

oWork with farmers group mostly common Initiative groups to counsel them on the best and different ways to improve on their farming activities in terms of production, revenue and technical skills through the PCP-ACEFA counselling device.

oDiagnose farmers to come up with the difficulties they are facing in line with their agro pastoral activities, restitute it to them, plan and prepare the farming season with the producers. Place a farm record book and then analyse the data in the farm record book using TOProduction and restitute the margins to the farmers and through it counselling is being provided to the producers.

oMoreover feasibility study is been done to prepare a project for the producers group to be finance by ACEFA.

08/2018 Farm Manager COFARCOOP-BOD Limbe, Cameroon

Supervised and control all farm related activities. Prepare the farming season calendar and give some specific technical support to field staff and field workers.

Also involve in the purchase of farm inputs and prepare reports for payments of workers.

Moreover I search and negotiate possible market for our produce at the uttermost best price.
