Mentors and trains personnel in the “by the book” maintenance on NACES seats. Led the seat shop in the performance of 27 728-Day Inspections without any Non-conformity reports.

Instructor, US Navy, Patuxent River, Maryland 2019 to 2022 Aided in the completion of High-Risk Aviation Water Survival Training of over 2100 Personnel. Instructed over 1500 hours of classroom material to Military and Civilian Personnel. Regularly contributed to the development of new teaching practices, techniques, and standards. Subject Matter Expert to all NACES seat learning material.

Selected Achievement

Achieved training over 2100 personnel over 4 years without any Safety mishaps or reports. NACES Ejection Seat Mechanic, US Navy, Oceana, VA 2012 to 2019 Inspected and evaluated all maintenance actions on the NACES seat for 11 F18 Aircraft. Supervised the Flight Line operations for the entire squadrons flight ops crew. Trained and qualified junior personnel on multiple aircraft qualifications and certifications. Selected Achievement
