Cigna is a major healthcare insurance provider which has multiple applications. This project is for migrating various applications from COBOL V4 to v6

The Proclaim is Cigna's primary claim processing system for Indemnity, Preferred-Provider-Organization (PPO).

This application receives claims from several providers and hospitals and does end-to-end claim processing.

Responsibilities:

Enhanced the existing proclaim processing using COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, z/OS.

Used COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, Xpeditor, File-AID in coding and testing data extraction.

Preparing JCLs for Testing the COBOL- DB2 programs
