Taking care of my femoral hernia first thing I think about! I first think of control you’re pace, because of the femoral hernia symptoms! I watch some television then attend my lunch, with additional phone video games daily duties follow, check mail, empty trash, light clean, organize! I usually take a nap for rest of the femoral hernia, by then it’s flared up swelled! I attend to feeding my dogs, and carefully making my dinner! I end my day doing any additional medical inquiries research that would knowledge me, for the best care! I then enjoy my early night peacefulness, before my nights sleep! I start as a operator 1 annually progressing too operator 3, also I practiced on the emergency response team. I started with older machines then we converted to newer up to date machines in2002, current technology, finished production increased by more than double, a lot more work. The quality of the new technology changes, with the machines scanning finished production, along with the operator’s duties of finished product perfection! I as an operator would hands inspect assembly, print, weight, and record any defects, to acceptable quality level sheets per shift. Packaging sealed tight in finished container, labeled and signed, and palletized for inventory. We are 24 hour production, I’ve worked all shift’s I would attend to materials for production staging raw materials, filling machines with proper number codes of the materials for production, removing finished production palletized for inventory, replenishment of new pallet cardboard protection materials if needed. I department position change to inventory control 1 quickly progressing too 3, because of experience. My duties were keeping stocked materials for production, putting finished product into inventory using warehouse management computer scanner system! Checking warehouse inventory per shift, assuring it’s correct, and recording! I would also have cleaning duties per shift, organize! Closing finished work orders per shift with correct inventory, and usage. I move department position to shipping my duties are pulling and preparing daily work orders to be shipped to customer, prepping includes corrugated materials if needed, stretch wrapping, and labeling finished pallet! I then would load order to be shipped to customer, also loading local orders daily, and unloading warehouse materials as needed per shift. I attended college also with a lottery scholarship, I graduated from UNM in September on the 22nd day of 2005, that’s UNM Valencia campus 280 la entrada road Los Lunas NM 87031. I begin college interested, my major was emergency medical assistance at the time. My first semester went well with minor complications in my English 103 final. Second semester wasn’t so good, I worked 40+ hours a week, plus 12 credit hours a week. My work and college was too much combined! I ended my college in 2008, I can earn back my scholarship, work was more important at the time! I did earn 16 credits towards my degree! I return to the dessicant plant in Belen after six years of warehouse work for temp service manpower, at general Mills and tempurpedic. I’m thinking back to original trained warehouse, can regain my seniority after 2 year’s that was the plan! I’m started in the dryer department with staffing solutions, femilure with the department, Clay construction department for dessicants moisture absorber! The other departments run faster production, dryer department supplies them, I’m asked for carbon which we sift into barrel’s, carbon odor absorbing. I’m already sifting carbon, I had just left 4 barrel’s of carbon in inventory staging for trailer transfer to other warehouse daily. Inventory asked me on my way back to the dryer department for more carbon, I say ok I’m sifting some more now! I enter the dryer department knowing the sifter is running last barrel almost full. I’m on a Toyota propane powered forklift returning to the sifter station, in the direct middle of the isle is a steel auger, for the clay constructing dryer. I don’t wanna scratch the floor moving it with the forks didn’t think it would be that heavy. Carbon barrel is about to overflow sifting, thinking fast I exit the forklift, pick the auger up and move it off the isle! When I set it down the first step I took I feel weakness sharp pain inner right thigh which was the stretch release of my intestine I discovered, and kinking curling out my inner thigh, causing the lump! I continue next four barrel’s of carbon, signing labeling, twist tying poly liner, and palletizing, for moving. I leave in inventory staging, stop to use the restroom, I see the lump size of a big marble. From there I go to Presbyterian you’re honor the visit to the emergency room for the lump in my right thigh in severe pain. I’m greeted by two nurses after telling them why I’m there. The lump is exposed the nurse exam’s it is diagnosed as a femoral hernia. I’m asked to complete diagnoses with doctor at istleta Presbyterian for confirmation! I agree and do so! I’m greeted by Dr endel Aleksander immediately, he exam’s the lump, after an exhausting explanation of what happened picked up something to heavy, is what I told him upset in severe pain! He asked me if I was having the symptoms after diagnosed with a femoral hernia, the main symptom then was complete exhaustion, swelling and pain! I was completely uneducated of the femoral hernia, all I new it’s a painful lump, from lifting too much weight! Symptoms he asked of had accured lightly, mostly exhaustion. I had a couple nausea occurrence’s stop what you’re doing, then go on? Then the doctor tells me don’t lift over 30 pounds and no strenuous activity what ever you do! Exam done we both exit. The patch surgery is recommended I go to Lovelace for the patch surgery, I had never been to Lovelace didn’t think it mattered, finding out it did matter! At Lovelace I’m diagnosed with a severe muscle strain, the femoral hernia lump is ignored, they said I didn’t need the patch I’m recommended Tylenol, I’m thinking wrong, right away concerned of the swelling in my right calf I questioned Dr Gopal Reddy he orders emergency veinascular surgery, I agree been waiting for that for years, unsure of swelling, and sudden severe heart beats! The ignored femoral hernia lump, still very concerned after veinascular surgery, it’s still there confused better follow Presbyterian recommendations, after symptoms start accuring especially! Symptoms start to accur nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath, 24 hr abdominal pain, the shakes from the pain caused by strenuous activity! The symptoms really start acting up after the femoral hernia patch surgery appointment at Lovelace, after the femoral hernia was ignored nearly killing me, thinking I could lift 30 pounds, then the symptoms take over eliminating that, the femoral hernia is a progressing condition! After confusion at Lovelace I can’t even walk for one minute without getting nauseous and vomiting that’s how severe the femoral hernia has gotten I have to follow doctor Aleksanders orders now, mandatory! I know after research the patch won’t cure the symptoms, I’m having symptoms with all activity. If this explains it mam the femoral hernia is like a baseball in my pocket with activity it’ll turn into a softball. You’re honor after research of the femoral hernia and the exact symptoms I been having. I know the patch or mesh would keep it from exploding, breaking, it won’t take the symptoms away! The femoral hernia patch surgery was not needed as I explained from Lovelace I’ve researched the surgery, unneeded unwanted! You’re honor in the third quarter of 2017 I tried to complete some light duty work 10$ an hour on the complete fire protection farm 06 orona rd Los Lunas NM for dog food, electricity, and gas for my home I didn’t last long because of the femoral hernia! Unsure why I had already been vomiting from the bike ride to his farm still confused from Lovelace, knowing I shouldn’t have been doing that! I go back to the Presbyterian diagnosed symptoms warning that tells me exactly why! First hour carrying a 3lb DeWalt drill screwing 30lb metal panels on his farm roof canopy no the order of Presbyterian not to lift over 30lbs confused from Lovelace ignoring my femoral hernia, my dogs needed food so I continue! Ladder hour I’m in a squat drilling in a screw on a 27 foot farm canopy, in severe pain from the femoral hernia, I get nauseous try to make it to the edge of roof, I didn’t make it sudden vomiting and fell, and almost fell of the roof, as I held the edge vomiting nasty femoral hernia accident went home! I obtained the limitations document, from my primary doctor Joseph Aragon shortly after the attempt of light duty work. I look back at the medical record of Dr Aleksander Presbyterian I see the symptoms he warned me of and realized my activity needs to be minimal! The femoral hernia is a stretch in my intestine from lifting about 400lbs unlabeled! At Lovelace I’m denied the patch, mesh, covering I push it in several times the intestine stretch curl eventually pops inward opposite of my skin layer it’s been known to pop back out, area stayed swelled, currently is swelling from activity. Now it's facing my femoral severely strained muscle same accident injury in my right leg, I thought the patch appointment would hide the lump, I was lucky at doing that! Current pain is severe! You’re honor the hereditary veinascular disease is a progressing condition also, doctor Reddy reduced with the surgery by closing the femoral artery, and removing the veinascular veins in my right leg I have really noticed that he reduced the sudden severe heart beats of the obtuse blood realeasal from my calf entering the ventricle, and the atria of my heart, I still have them they are not as obtuse, which was really disturbing main cause of my anxiety! I have another symptom of the veinascular disease, more swelling veins, there are only three arteries in each human leg, which feed the veinascular veins, I have two left, I will be talking to a surgeon at Presbyterian for that future mandatory procedure!

I have hemochromatosis diagnosed in 1994 Presbyterian gastroenterology center doctor Volpicelli after a liver biopsy, went for emergency phlebotomys too lower my feritan level, iron, at the Presbyterian blood center to bring my iron levels normal! I then continue annual pint blood draws 1to5 times a year mandatory doctors orders, with united blood, vitalant. I try to donate local annually to keep my iron from overbuilding in my liver, hereditary disease! The traumatic brain injury is very complicating, it started when I was 9 after school ride home from the bus stop. Friend asked me if I want a ride home on his 3wheeler I agree we’re off, as we pull up on my parents home to turn we get slammed from behind by a motorcycle rider, right in front of my parents house! The traumatic brain injury, concussion of 12 hours in Presbyterian became worse after 7 year’s of beginner motocross starting in 2001 to ending in 2009. After being attacked by 4 younger male’s over a younger woman who was my stepdaughter for 2 years me and her mother had just separated I was mad, did nothing in return, took a near death attack your honor! The skull ct scan that you have, the 3 millimeter dent “fracture” in my right cheek, under my right eye, from my head being stomped on, effecting the dimensions in my skull current symptoms numbness, and severe pain, the pictures from llpd, I was set up to be murdered was at the local bar, argued around 10:15pm the bar closed 1:37am I’m attacked walking out they waited for intoxication, argued again attacked right down the road local Baskin Robbins parking lot, recovered with American medical response, the ambulance, and UNM health sciences center, not excepting her mothers abuse! Unwanted relationship! The traumatic brain injury is too severe, I’ve noticed symptoms more with age, cautious all the time, thank you! Tendons in my right wrist cut by glass in my home having a psychosis clear scene, disturbed I strike a peace of glass a low hanging fan trying to clear my view, had no idea it would cut me, ambulance driven to UNM health sciences center for emergency surgery of the cut radial artery, current symptoms tight, and numb!

The tendons cut in my wrist the extensor digitarum 7 total, abductor policies Longus tendon which control all the movement in my right wrist very tight, is current symptoms! Infused right phalange diagnosed at Presbyterian, motocross accident agreed of not getting surgery to keep pain at a moderate level which is very severe often. My second big toe right foot it’s stuck straight difficult to walk it becomes bruised “purple” climbing stairs, ladders, numb and painful at all times, current symptoms. Phalanges left foot x-ray Presbyterian Belen NM distalas phalange fractured 16 places, proximales phalange fractured 11 places surgery done at new mexico orthopedics Albuquerque, balance defected currently, painful and numb all the time! Both feet! Carpel tunnel diagnosed at Lovelace neurology center by Dr Abdelerhama used surgical pen tool to shock my nerves in left forearm and wrist current symptoms are severe swelling near the wrist severe pain daily, I can hardly move my left thumb the pain is so severe, I need another wrist brace to sleep on! My mental condition is psychosis caused by my brain being stolen at age 7 a severe mental condition in which thought and emotion’s are so effected that the contact is lost with external reality! The symptoms are the increased risk of developing a annual psychosis, also in the obtuse definition of psychosis I worry of wrong and I’m right major current symptom, avoiding the person with the illness, the acts of suicide in the last psychosis annual episode were severe, thinking I’m at fault, lingered for years, psychosis combined with the tramatic brain injury is the worst, valle del sol rated me 35% brain function ability after there test with Ryan Monterey and that was after episode two, in recovery, the psychosis activation will never again be, starting the annual episodes never to return, avoided supported by local law enforcement and controlled.

I’m in a hardship you’re honor, my home is in urgent need of repair for healthy living. My appliances for healthy living washer, dryer, refrigerator, have completed there years of use, in need of replacement. It’s been very difficult for me to have complications feeding my dogs over the years for healthy living! You’re honor I’m at risk of being homeless I need to pay off my mobile home and property, my roof has leaks and major damage has been estimated at 23000.0 for repair by dabella roofing. Years of living with dogs in my home has caused major floor damage estimated by express flooring at 6000 for repair!
