EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

ARK Industrial Augusta, Ga. Nov. 2022 – Present

Responsibilities : Maintaining PM service and repairs at numerous production / mfg. Industries. As Master Welder all fabrication was personally inspected before any welding was permitted. All permits, lock out tag out, fire watch, SOP, and all safety procedures in place to perform any and all job requests.

Solvay Polymer Augusta, Ga. Dec. 2019 – June 2022

Responsibilities : Performing the position of “Floor Operator” including responsibilities of loading and unloading Hazardous / Nonhazardous chemicals from tanker trucks and rail cars. All loads were precisely and accurately weighed to fulfill customer request within legal weight limits of tankers capacity. All loads following plant SOP, safety requirements, and correct paperwork with attached Certificate of Analysis.

Accomplishments : No misproduction on any ingoing or outgoing loads per customer order, and team member of plant fire brigade emergency response team at Solvay Polymer with all required training on and off site following all safety SOP.

Greenwood Inc. / Solvay Polymer, Augusta, Ga. Sept. 2010 – Dec. 2019

Responsibilities : As Master Welder, performing daily work orders from foreman to keep plant running efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime on production end. Rechecking all pipefitters work and specs. on fabricated pipe for proper installation and professional welds.

Maintaining safe work environment including housekeeping, 5S implementation, hidden danger observation, wearing proper ppe without fail, involved with safety program, following all plant wide rules and regulations.

Accomplishments : All personal welds including x-ray welds in good order with no misproduction per weld not holding. Maintaining all necessary operating licenses for power equipment including forklift, scissor lift, cherry lift, jlg.
