November 1988 to December 2022 – Served as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist at Wright Patterson AFB OH, performing Internal and External Staffing responsibilities, providing guidance and assistance to upper management with employees/applicant hiring and staffing positions in assigned organizations. Processes a variety of request for personnel action to be fill position and/or to career promote, reassign, or otherwise place employees. The organizations are somewhat complex, relatively stable, and have a wide range of occupations which are professional and administrative in nature which may include crafts, trade and clerical positions. Evaluates applicants, verifying eligibility for the position, rate and ranks those who mee the qualification to be placed on certificate for hiring manager. Informing the hiring manager/supervisor of any concerns regarding recruitment problems that may occur, providing he/she of any alternative solutions. Provide the applicant with all the pre-employment documentation that is required to in-process, verifying to see if drug testing, physical is required for the position, make appointments for those tests to be administered before a report date can be established. Member of the HR Specialist team, I also participate in job fairs, recruitment fairs local and out of state. Responsible for writing newsletters to different organizations, preparing for Congressional inquiries report and doing job briefings. I was assigned to do other duties for preparation for new hire orientation classes, and for CAC ID scheduling. I assist with the In-processing team at Wright Patterson AFB with new hires that are reporting for their first day of employment. Setting up the in-process video for all new hires, working to assure that all proper documentation are completed and filled out correctly, assisting with the new hires answering any questions/concerns during the orientation process.

March 2013 to October 2014 – Served as a tele marketing specialist at Infusion Inc. (Telemarking), receiving inbound and outbound call for customer, offering services, taken product orders and customer service inquires. Train other in doing business and how to address difficult questions and concerns from customers.
