Since January 2019, I have been doing business as Commercial Air Mechanical Contractors. From 2008 to 2019, I was employed by Access Mechanical on a sub-contract, piece work basis until the untimely death of the business owner, Michael Wible. I was hired by Access in the capacity of job foreman, project management, and hands-on mechanic for over eleven years. Since the death of Mr.Wible, I have continued on in my own business as a means of employment and income, however, I do not wish to work for myself any longer.

On a sub-contract/ per-diem basis I successfully managed, installed, and serviced medium to large commercial and industrial HVAC projects in DE/MD/PA. These projects being in the pharmaceutical, restaurant, warehousing, office, retail, new construction/tenant fit-out sectors as well as some small residential multi-system dwellings. Equipment installed & serviced in these projects include package rooftop units and split systems up 48 tons; multi-sectional boilers up to 2 million Btu; gas & water unit heaters, restaurant/retail walk-in boxes and refrigeration work, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, PTACs, various chemical, air, and restaurant exhaust ventilators and systems, heated make-up air, cooling towers, chillers, energy management systems, controls and ducting, including welded breeching & ventilator systems.
