Head the largest radio and microwave Configuration & Integration organization in Service Line Network Rollout with a team of 200 engineers and managers. Some of the achievements demonstrated in various roles:

●Drive offshoring cost of sale efficiencies of over $3M by architecting a new delivery model following a cost breakdown analysis of all radio integration tasks.

●Spearhead the software development of the groundbreaking field diagnostics android based solution to reduce cost of troubleshooting by 50%

●Generate an annual cost recovery in my organization exceeding $12M, and $4.2M in annual over-absorption.
